- Short-Term Rental Permit is required for non-owner occupied units
- Permit fee is $100
- Property owner must register to remit sales, use, and occupancy taxes or use an online platform that is registered to remit taxes
- Total occupancy for the rental is two people per bedroom plus two additional people
- One parking space is required for each bedroom used for short-term rental
- Short-term rental will lose the ability to operate for one year if three violations are reported and adjudicated in one calendar year
- Short-Term Rental Permit is not required for owner-occupied units
