  • The minimum width requirement is 150 feet and the minimum depth requirement is 200 feet.
  • Individual RV and travel trailer sites must have a minimum area of 2,500 square feet and a minimum width of 25 feet.
  • The maximum density allowed is ten sites per gross acre, including cabins.
  • Each vehicle/travel trailer site must be clearly defined by a permanent marker.
  • Structures accessory to the vehicle placed on a site must be at least five feet away from a site line.
  • At least ten percent of the gross site area must be devoted to recreation and open space.
  • Recreation areas may include community buildings, adult recreation areas, child play areas, swimming pools, clothes washing areas, drying yards, and open space areas.
  • Roadways within the RV park/campground may be private.
